School Christmas Parties!
Today was the last day of school for Ry and Ky before the Christmas Break. Shelly, being the super-mom that she is coordinated both kids' parties. She and Dylan ran the activities in Rylan's class and I got to help in Kylee's class. Since I had the camera, there aren't any photos of Rylan's party, however in Kylee's class, SANTA came to visit!
Shelly has done a good job "training" the kids, because it seemed Kylee was more interested in making sure she smiled for the picture than telling Santa what she wanted for Christmas. She eventually told him to make it a "Surprise", which Shelly and I found to be a surprise, since at home she seems to have a wish-list about 4 miles long! We then played some fun games with the kids. It's always fun to help in the kids' class.

According to Rylan, his class party was Fun! They painted ornaments for the Christmas Tree, with Dylan. They played a couple fun games, passed out treats, got to sing, and almost wrapped up their teacher in Toilet Paper.

Family Photos
Since we had the whole family together, we decided we needed to take a couple family pictures, and what better setting than in a December snowstorm. (That's the white specks in the pictures.)

Celebrate The Good Times!

Later we went to celebrate a good year by taking the kids to Tepanyaki's, a Japenese Steak House. They seemed to have a lot of fun. Poor Kylee was scared of the giant "Flame" they make on the grill with a smiley face made of Vodka that they set on fire. Otherwise they really enjoyed dinner. In fact they seemed to like eating Shelly's steak more than their chicken.

At one point the chef will "toss" a cooked shrimp to catch in your mouth, Dylan caught his right off, Rylan, however, seemed a little Gun-Shy about it.

The look on his face --> says it all!
