Christmas Day!!!!
I think Santa Made an extra generous stop this year! I'm not sure the kids were THAT good all year long! Santa even had to put presents IN the tree this year!(Sorry for the fuzzy picture...)
The kids got a LOT of stuff; a couple highlights for them are:
Dylan's Wii Game
Rylan's Snowboard
Kylee's "Hannah Montana" slippers
Then there were the "Big" gifts:
Rylan's Wii
Kylee's Nintendo DS
Dylan's Ipod Nano
I think my favorite gift was the 0ne that Rylan made in scouts, it was a photo "Scrapbook" that he put together with some cute sayings. I'll scan and post it soon!
Today was our "lazy" day, I made omelette's for everyone, and we just relaxed, the kids played with their new stuff, I played a lot of Guitar Hero on the Wii. I got feelin' pretty good about playing on "Easy" mode, then Dylan comes and kicks butt on "Expert" which means he probably spends way more time on this than on his schoolwork back in Maryland!
Since our traditional Christmas Dinner wasn't an option, due to the Chinese Restaurant being closed on Tuesdays, we ate a bunch of TGI Friday's appetizers for lunch which was kind of a fun change.
It's hard to believe that Christmas has come and gone already, the year has just screamed by it seems. Maybe I should start planning for Christmas '08 now... NAH!
