Kylee was playing "Hairstylist" at the neighbor's house, and one of the little girls wouldn't let Kylee do her hair, of course this was a traumatic event in Kylee's life, so she came to mom all upset about it. Shelly, being the Best Mom in the World, told Kylee she could do her hair, and this was the result.
Apparently Rylan laughed so hard he could barely contain himself.
We were also treated to Dylan cooking dinner tonight. Everybody cleaned their plates, so he must have done something right! Now we can have him do it more often!

It sure is nice when the kids start getting older...I had Lex barbequing the chicken the other night and mowing the lawn...and she did a fabulous job at both.
I think Kylee may have a talent for hair styling...maybe she should do her moms hair everyday!!!
Shel, You look fantastic! Glad you have a bbq champ in the making! To bad he has to go soon. I know that you'll all miss him! Sure has been a great summer!

I can't believe you'll let Lexi mow the lawn, Nate! Dad wouldn't let me near the lawn mower...I had to beg him to let me walk in between his arms. To this day I have never mowed the lawn!
