What a wonderful getaway!
As a family we got the opportunity to spend a week with Wes & Tara, and Tim and Kami.
T&W hooked us all up at a nice resort at the base of the Heavenly ski resort in South Lake Tahoe.
Ry and Dyl camped out in the front room and Shel and I shared a room with Kylee.
Shelly was a serious trooper, she drove 9+ hours with the 3 kids on Friday morning while I stayed home to DJ a wedding and flew out to meet her on Saturday.
Pretty much as soon as I got there, Tim, Wes, and I headed to the Northstar resort in North Lake Tahoe for the afternoon to do some killer biking while the girls and kids headed to the lake to spend the day at the beach.
Sunday was pretty much the same, Tim and I spent the day biking at Northstar while everyone else went to the lake.
The rest of the week was spent relaxing around Tahoe and at the Lake.
We got to celebrate Tara's 30th Birthday by going to dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe.
It was a FABULOUS getaway.
It would have taken me too long to try and upload all the photos, so enjoy the slideshow.

It looks like a wonderful little get away. I love Lake Tahoe it is such a beautiful area. I loved the video of Marc on the trail it is just so picturesque.
Shelly is a trooper for driving on her own straight through, I drove with a friend and even though we took turns I nearly fell asleep at the wheel several times!
Marc your fotos rock! Loved the music too! What a wonderful adventure. Wish we had been invited. Maybe next year. This is what memories and life are all about.
What a fun trip, I am glad you all survived! Loved the vid of Kylee trying to play tennis.
Looks like a fun trip. I haven't been to tahoe in ten years. It made me want to go back!!
