Today was a day for playing in the Sunshine!
The kids started off the day fishing off the pier here at the resort, lucky for Shelly and Tara neither one of them actually caught a fish. They managed to feed a bunch with the bread on their hooks however.
We jumped into the car and headed to the Smyrna Beach on the eastern side of Florida and enjoyed the sandy beaches and playing in the Atlantic Ocean.
After spending a few hours there we headed up to Daytona Beach. I must say I wasn't that impressed with this little section of beach or the town itself. The Daytona speedway was kind of cool to drive by, but that's it.
Following a dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp we hung out for a few hours in the hot-tubs and pools here at the resort. Finally the girls packed everything up to go home tomorrow afternoon.
It's hard to believe that a week has come and gone so fast. Tomorrow morning we'll try to hit a couple of rides at Disney before heading to the airport.

I have to say I have mixed feelings about reading your blog. I'm glad you guys are having so much fun, but sad I can't be there with you. Looks like you're having a blast!
