3 Days of Seminars

Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday were spent in Real Estate seminars. Very educational, inspirational, and motivating.

The keynote speaker was Robert Kiyosaki, author of the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad. The most important information that he shared was in regards to the state of the US Dollar and the fact that it has declined 40% in value over the last 6 years. For me, it put into perspective the current pricing situation with everything costing more.

Also, while we were here, the Loertchers, along with Shelly and I were asked to go on camera to talk about our experiences with the Rich Dad products, that was kind of a cool experience.

I think our favorite speaker was Larry Winget, this guy has a great philosophy on life, and delivered it to us in a way that had me laughing to tears, literally.

The titles of his books sort of speak for themselves. "Shut Up, Stop Whining, and Get A Life," "It's Called Work For A Reason," "Success Is Your Own Damn Fault," and "You're BROKE Because You Want To Be."
